1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Qinux BreezaMax. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send the product back to the sender's address on the package. To start a return, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected]. They will provide you with the correct Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return facility address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
